These terms apply to the ShopFetch website and software. By purchasing or using ShopFetch, you agree to these terms.
Purchase and access
Your purchase provides the unlimited ShopFetch download. You may use it yourself or share the downloaded extension with others. There are no seat-count restrictions or account sign-in requirements. Product updates and purchase support are provided through the original purchase channel.
One-time purchase and updates
The lifetime offer is a one-time payment for the purchased ShopFetch product. Updates released for that product are included. Future separate products or services are not automatically included. Compatibility with every future browser or platform change cannot be guaranteed.
Public data and responsible use
ShopFetch is intended to work with publicly accessible Shopify product information. Do not use it to bypass authentication, password protection or other access controls. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to access and reuse data, and for complying with the relevant store terms and applicable laws.
Public visibility does not transfer ownership of images, descriptions, brands or other intellectual property. Use your own data, authorized supplier or client data, or data you can lawfully use for your purpose.
Compatibility and output
Store configuration, missing source fields, browser behavior and platform changes may limit exports. Verify exported information before relying on it. Importing into another platform may require column mapping, formatting or additional preparation. The software does not guarantee sales, rankings or business outcomes.
Payments and refunds
Gumroad processes the current checkout. The final price, taxes and payment terms are shown there. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase according to our refund policy.
Availability and liability
ShopFetch is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses arising from use of the software or imported data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
